Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days

Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or peak holiday seasons.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Please note:

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Fluentis Inc is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Order Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Fluentis Inc is not liable for lost or stolen packages after the order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
