Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized items

Intimate or sanitary products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning their items, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Fluentis Inc is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
